Shipping policy

1.PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

All Nuvella Atelier products are made to order through our production partne, Printful. Each item is specially created for you after your order is placed.

Processing and production time: 2-7 business days.

2.DELIVERY TIMES

After production is complete, products are shipped to their destination:

  • Romania: 5-10 business days
  • European Union: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-20 days 

Total time (production + shipping) may vary between 7-27 business days depending on destination.

3.SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order destination 
  • Product weight and dimensions 
  • Selected shipping method

4.ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive an email with your tracking number immediately once your order has been shipped. You can track your package in real-time using the link in the email.

5.CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

  • For orders within Romania and the EU: prices include VAT
  • For orders outside the EU: additional customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility

6.DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any delivery problems (delays, damaged package, incorrect address), please contact us at: nuvellaacademy@gmail.com

7.FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, refusal to accept, inability to contact), additional reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
